When will I receive my order?
Orders are normally shipped FedEx ground within 1-2 business days. If your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you via email.
Do you offer any shipping options other than FedEx ground?
To help keep costs low for our customers we currently only offer ground shipping via FedEx.
What if something is out of stock?
We strive to only show items that are in stock on our website, however, in the event something has sold out prior to your order being shipped, we will adjust the charge amount to your credit card to reflect only the in stock items being shipped. We do not backorder merchandise.
How will I know if my order has shipped or check the status of my order?
While logged into your account you can view your order history and status, as well as see any comments added to your order by customer service. You will also receive an email notification anytime your order status is changed.
What do I do if an item is damaged upon arrival?

Do you offer gift wrapping or drop shipping to another address?
We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time. You can store multiple addresses within your account address book, at checkout simply choose your desired shipping address if it differs from your billing address.
What credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.
Do you offer any promotions such as free shipping, deeper discounts, or holiday sales?
Yes, on occasion we do. When you sign up for an account, or from within your account while logged in, please be sure to subscribe to our newsletter. All promotions are sent via email exclusively to our newsletter subscribers.
